Rich Haglund

Rich loves moving things out of the way so organizations can help more young people prepare for what’s next in their lives. As a lawyer and counselor, Rich gives leaders confidence to make bold strategic bets. As a leader and consultant, he establishes strategic clarity, refines operating systems, and improves management behaviors to bring out the strengths of each team member. Rich has worked with dozens of education organizations. He previously held legal and leadership roles for state agencies, a statewide school district, and an education advocacy organization. Rich taught education law at Tennessee State University and organizational leadership at Brigham Young University. 

Rich has a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Boston University and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University. Rich was co-captain of the ultimate frisbee team in college. He and his wife Jen now co-captain a team of four children.
